CT999 offers new Pakistani players Rs 9,999 as a welcome bonus with no deposit required. Not a match on money you put in — a balance handed over for registering.
That is rare. Almost every competitor gates its welcome offer behind a first deposit. So the useful question is not whether the offer is real, but what makes it affordable for the operator. The answer is a single number elsewhere on the same page, and once you can see it you will read every bonus offer in this market differently.

The floor is the mechanism
CT999's deposit minimum is Rs 100. Its withdrawal minimum is Rs 500.
Read those together. You can enter for Rs 100, but nothing leaves the platform until your balance passes Rs 500. A player who deposits Rs 100 and doubles it still cannot withdraw a rupee.
That gap is what pays for the bonus. Free credit does not cost an operator anything until someone converts it to cash, and a Rs 500 floor means most small balances never get there. They get played instead.

None of this is hidden or improper — it is simply how the economics work, and CT999 states both figures openly. But an offer of "Rs 9,999 free" reads very differently once you know the money has to climb to Rs 500 before it is yours.
The number CT999 does not publish
There is a second figure that determines what the bonus is worth, and CT999 does not state it: the wagering requirement.
Bonus credit almost always carries a turnover multiple — wager the bonus N times before it converts to withdrawable funds. That N is the difference between a generous offer and a decorative one.
For contrast, AT77 publishes 1× on its welcome bonus and J33BET publishes 15×. Both are useful, because you can do the arithmetic before committing. A 50% bonus at 1× turnover is worth more in practice than a 100% bonus at 15×.

That shape suits playing in gaps — commuting, queuing — rather than long sessions. If you want live dealer tables or fishing games, CT999 does not have them; 88FD does.
What is not published
CT999 states no APK version number and no install count. This page quotes neither. An earlier version cited both; they were not figures the operator published and have been removed.
The short version
